Shipping policy

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

 

Processing Time:

Order verification, processing, and packaging will take 1-2 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) to process.

 

Shipping Time:

All orders are shipped directly from Fiskor Warehouse via our partner trusted courier service Ninjavan. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please refer below for delivery time:

West Malaysia: 2-5 business days (tracked shipping)
East Malaysia: 5-10 business days (tracked shipping)
